Had to argue with the customer service agent to get the traction pads and fins that come with the board. He said they don’t come with it which is nuts and I told them I’m returning it and they are paying for shipping back and then suddenly they found them. Didn’t even come in a kanuk board box. I’m not even sure if it’s new or not and he was so absolutely sure it didn’t come with traction pads or fins which he was dead wrong. Not impressed at all.
