I originally went 'cheap charlie' and purchased an inflatable board from another company. Mistake! Big pig board that began to deflate after approx 3 days, as well as difficult to learn on. Fortunately, based on the leak I was able to return the entire package for a refund.
I then bought the Ronix Koal adjustable mast wake foil package and was up and flying same day!!! I feel as though I can improve quickly with this package. Also, based on the adjustable mast and low volume board (for deep water starts) my kids will also be able to enjoy it...it truly is the package you want for beginners and intermediates!
First impression is the bag is great and definitely what I expected it to be.
Disappointing quality for the price
I expected more from FOLLOW., especially for $60 ($80 with tax and shipping). The boardshorts look nice but feel cheaply made. Seams are loosely stitched, threads hang from the pockets, and the construction doesn’t seem durable. For a brand that markets itself as premium, this fell short. Quality feels closer to a $20 item.
I bought wakeboard bindings and they sent me somebody else’s order, so it was a mistake on their end. They had us mail the items back to BoardCo and then didn’t use any sort of expedited shipping to get my bindings to me. It ended up taking over 3 weeks to get my order which made me miss multiple wakeboard opportunities over the summer. They did not offer any sort of refund or apology gesture for messing up the shipping. I’d highly advise ordering expensive products from a more reliable company because this type of shipping problem seems to happen constantly with BoardCo based on other reviews and my personal experience.
Was a preswnt to my sister-in-law and she loved it! Definitely 5 stars.
