Made it super easy to order and very helpful.
Super stable with all 3 fins in and easy to get up on even for kids and then get it very stable for learning to find the right spot to surf
Boat: Centurion Ri230. 3yrs wake surfing and have been using a P5 Model X.
Model X (with all 3 fins): very stable, fast and easily recover from back of wave, quick rail to rail, great all around hybrid board.
Ahi (quad fin set up):
- much looser than Model X
- faster than Model X and easy to recover from back of wave or charge the wave for tricks
- Very responsive to turns at crest of wave
- floatier feel when long carving at Bottom of wave.
The Ahi is a really nice board and its capabilities are beyond me. I will be able to improve my abilities with this board for years to come.
