HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFORMATION
FedEx does not guarantee Christmas delivery on orders placed on or after December 10th. Any orders placed on or after December 10th will be shipped via the method selected at checkout, however, because of the high volume of shipments FedEx does not guarantee exact transit times. We recommend placing your order to have it arrive earlier than is necessary.
Note that shipping times are in FedEx / UPS Business Days (Mon - Fri).
There are some items that are considered Extra Large and cannot be shipped by any method other than ground shipping.
Free Shipping: Currently we offer FREE shipping on all orders over $50 within the Continental US. All orders consisting of items in excess of $50.00, qualify for Free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Free Shipping is not available on orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or other countries.
Different Billing / Shipping Address: If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, there is an increased chance that your order may be flagged as fraudulent in our security system and get delayed in shipping. If you are having your order shipped to a different address than your billing address, we recommend contacting us once your order is placed so we can ensure that it is not flagged and ships on-time if it is time sensitive.
Shipping Times: Orders will be shipped the same day if ordered online before 8:00 A.M. MST on a weekday. Typically an order can be shipped out the same day if placed by 12:00 P.M. MST if you call and speak with a representative. If your order is expected to be delayed in shipping, we will notify you via e-mail or telephone. Please note that we do not ship items on Saturday or Sunday, so orders placed on either of those days will not ship until the following shipping day.
Receiving Time: Please be aware that shipping time refers to BUSINESS days and does not include weekends. We have no control over your order once it has been shipped. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to Fed Ex Express, Fed Ex Ground, or UPS. Claims for untimely delivery must be taken up with the courier service.
APO Orders: We unfortunately cannot ship to APOs.
Damaged / Mis-shipped Items: We make every effort to send your order packaged properly, correctly, and completely. Unfortunately, occasionally there may be errors or damage. Mis-shipments, damage, or shipping errors must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery so that we may promptly submit a claim to the courier or rectify the problem. We may not be able to help with a problem not reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Address Given: If you give us a delivery address that is incomplete or requires correction by the delivery company (UPS, FedEx, etc.), you will be charged the correction fee (charged by the shipping company - usually $10-20, depending on the shipping method). If you give us an address that is not a deliverable address, you will be charged for the original shipping and the return shipping.
Cancelled Orders: We make every effort to process your order promptly. If you decide to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible and obtain a cancellation number. Your order is not considered "cancelled" until you obtain this cancellation number from us. If your order has already shipped, your order does not qualify for cancellation.
Orders Not Received: Please note that it is your responsibility to contact us if you do not receive your order within the expected shipping time.
Credit Card Chargebacks: Please note that if you initiate a chargeback on your credit card, and the credit card company declines the chargeback, you will be charged a $35 fee.
