O'Neill's Superfreak Thinkskin .5mm long sleeve crew neo top gives a little extra warmth to the upper body.  The .5 mm thickness is made of  top quality Ultraflex XDS neoprene while the arms and shoulders are constructed of a nylon/spandex blend for ease of movement.
