Lifetime Return Policy
*The Nixon Store is not responsible if the end of the world takes place before 2063.
- Fill out the information on the original invoice / return form.
- Package the product, tags, Nixon box and return form.
- Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method
(FedEx or UPS are best for reliability)

Exchanges: To exchange your product simply follow the instructions above for returning your product and then submit a new order through our online store. This will ensure you will get your new product as quick as possible.
Returns: Once we receive the product back, a full refund minus the original cost of shipping will be issued.
All items returned must be working and in sellable condition for our lifetime return policy. Any items that have wear / damage or do not include original tags, instruction manuals and the Nixon Box will be refused or subject to a restocking fee. If your watch stops working it may be covered under warranty and you would need to contact Nixon directly.
The customer is responsible for the full original shipping costs for items returned for refund, which will be deducted from the credit to your original payment method.
- The original shipping costs are a minimum of $15, but can be more if an item is shipped via express methods.
THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THESE RULES.
Terms on Returns and/or Exchanges:
We are only able to offer a credit on the card or Pay Pal account that was originally used to purchase the merchandise. After 30 days, an in-store credit will be given on a return.
Upgraded shipping charges paid by the customer will not be refunded.
Our Returns Department is not responsible for returned items until we have signed for them.
Refunds may take up to 5-7 days from the time we receive the package to credit to your account.

If you have a problem with an item purchased from us, Nixon will personally assist you with any warranty issues if you visit http://www.nixonnow.com/service/warranty.html. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping charges on warranty returns, whether to BoardCo or Nixon.
We try to provide our customers with the best service and shipping. If you encounter a shipping error that is the fault of our shipping department, please contact us immediately and we will handle the problem as quickly as possible, at our expense. Please note that discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receiving product.
