Axe is a vintage, motorcycle-inspired watch from Nixon, produced with
durability and versatility in mind, while featuring two hand-worked
Horween leather band options. As the oldest continuously running leather
tannery in the U.S., Horween has deep and strong roots in all the right
places. Wear The Axe as either a wide cuff option or simply remove the
cuff to reveal a slim, classic leather band style. Additionally, The Axe
features 3-hand Japanese quarts movement with date function and a
100-meter stainless steel case with hardened mineral crystal. Our dials go to 12.
ALL BLACK COATING
The All
Black Collection features a titanium carbide coating that is chemically
bonded to the stainless steel of the watch, giving it a glossy black
color that is resistant to scratching, chipping or damage.
WATER RESISTANCY: A pure style watch. Not designed for surf, swim or hot tubs.
MOVEMENT: 3 hand Japanese quartz
CASE: Custom 100 meter stainless steel with hardened mineral crystal, raised bezel, and triple gasket crown.
BAND: Detailed, hand worked Horween leather band with removable leather cuff.
WARRANTY: 2-Year Limited Warranty on all
materials and workmanship. This is valid only if purchased through an
authorized Nixon Dealer such as The Nixon Store by BoardCo.

| When I bought this, I didnt' realize that you could take the thicker watch band off and have a completely different watch. I feel like I got a 2-for-1 bargain. Very happy with this. |

Better than the Scout |
| This reminded me of the Nixon Scout that I had a few years back. However, this is a more adult, higher-end version. The leather is quality. Most excellent watch. |
