The new 2013 Prophecy includes a 5 lb. high density PVC core that is Connelly's lightest ever. Three V-steps in the hull increase the efficiency of
water flow and creates less friction. The Prophecy is a precise blend
of carbon and glass pressed together for over 10 ten minutes at 90 psi,
in a 175 degree mold, with a 35 ounce shot of resin into each layer.
This produces a perfect resin blend that reduces the overall weight
percentage. This procedure produces a resin
content by weight percentage that we know works and will stand the test
of time. Over 90% carbon gives us a ski that will not break. Ever. That’s why we guarantee it with a lifetime warranty.
