Pricing and Specifications:

• Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.

• Typographic, photographic, and/or descriptive errors are subject to correction.  Images are for reference only and may not be exact.

• Not all products are available in all areas due to country, state, or local laws.

• We reserve the right to limit product quantities to dealers.  Actual shipping charges may apply.

• Please note that if you initiate a chargeback on your credit card, and the credit card company declines the chargeback, you will be charged a $35 fee.

Q&A about pricing:

What if I find a lower price at one of your competitors?

We try to keep our prices lower than those of our competitors.  However, if you find a lower price somewhere else, we will generally match or beat that price and give you great customer service.  Price must be advertised,  verifiable, and be on like merchandise (same model, same year, etc.).  Price guarantees apply only to our current stock.

Why do so many companies advertise Nixon products for the same price?

BoardCo.com/Nixon is an officially recognized and sanctioned online retailer for Nixon and we seek to uphold all that Nixon stands for. Nixon has established minimum advertised prices on their products.  Nixon does this to keep the quality and image of the brand (no cheap Wal-Mart brand stuff here). No online retailer can post a price lower than the price the manufacturer sets, but we do offer many other incentives that make it well worth it to buy your Nixon swag at BoardCo.com/Nixon.
