International Orders

International Orders:  We do ship to most countries outside of the United States.  However, currently, our on-line shipping charts/rates are available for shipping charges only within the United States. If you would like to place an international order, please follow the procedure listed below under "Placing an International Order."  If you would like a freight quote, please follow the procedure listed under "International Freight Quote."  

Placing an International Order:  To place an international order, first place the order on-line.  After placing the order on-line please click here for a form to complete or provide us with the following information: 

1. Your name, complete address (including street address, city, state or province, country and postal code), and complete telephone number (including country code).  This address should match the billing address of your credit card.

2. The complete shipping address (if different from your address above), including street address, city, state or province, country and postal code,  and complete telephone number (including country code).

3. The exact items you would like, including product numbers, sizes, and quantity.

4. Your e-mail address.

5. The method of shipment you would prefer (if known).

6. Your credit card number, expiration date, and security code (the last 3 digit code from back signature panel of your Visa or Mastercard or the 4 digits from the front right of your American Express (see below)

7. The statement, "I, (print your name), authorize Boardco, Inc. dba M&M Watersports to charge my credit card for the ordered items, including shipping," with your SIGNATURE and DATE.

Since our credit card processing company requires signatures on all international credit card orders, we need you to FAX the above-requested information to 801-491-3711. 

If we have not quoted you a freight charge, we will contact you with a shipping quote and options.  We will not ship your order until we receive a reply from you regarding your shipping preference.

Please note that shipping prices do not include duties and/or taxes, which are your responsibility.  Additionally, shipping times are approximate, as packages may be delayed due to additional shipping/packaging considerations, freight company issues, or customs clearance. 

International Freight Quote:  To receive a freight quote for an international order, please e-mail us with the following information:

1. Your name and e-mail address.

2. The complete shipping address (including street address, city, state or province, country and postal code)  and complete telephone number (including country code).

3. The exact items you would like, including product numbers, sizes, and quantity.

Please send an e-mail with the above information to sales@boardco.com.  We will reply via e-mail with shipping options and a shipping quote. 

Please note that all international orders are final once shipped.  Any returns are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be accepted at the discretion of M&M Watersports/ BoardCo, Inc.
